The Ear Nurse is a registered nurse trained in ear health. We take a gentle approach to ear care, using the latest equipment and single-use consumables. Your confidence in the procedure and its results is our priority.

If you’re experiencing blocked ears, discomfort or hearing issues, we can help address the underlying causes. We offer a variety of services which include: removal of ear wax by microsuction, removal of foreign bodies, treatment for infections and other conditions such as swimmers ear, surfers ear, eustachian tube dysfunction, eczema and dermatitis.
Microsuction is the preferred and safest method for removal of excess or problematic ear wax. This method offers a controlled approach and allows for the gentle removal of excess wax while maintaining a level of protection in the ear canal.
We use the Vorotek LED converged lens system, providing direct vision throughout the procedure.
Microsuction doesn‘t always require prior treatment with drops, although using olive oil for a day or two is generally helpful for optimal preparation. Learn more ...

My background includes more than 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, both in Acute Accident and Urgent Care and as a clinical research nurse in Public Health.
